Eastern Styria, the culinary land of milk and honey of Austria, welcomes you.
The region is called the “Garden of Austria”. You find here many private and public gardens and parks that are open for visitors. Often the owners are willing to chat with the visitors about their gardening experiences and are glad to share their knowledge. Two nature parks in the region attract with amazing landscapes.
Eastern Styria is known for the great variety of good food from small local manufactories, for fresh fruits, tasty wine and many other farm products you can buy locally.
Guests enjoy the idyllic nature and the charming villages. The country invites you to do hiking and biking or to just enjoy the scenery and to dive deeply into the local culture.
Many old castles, museums, exhibitions and concerts tell stories about the rich history and the roots of the culture in this land. And of course a range of very nice hotels, pensions or holiday cottages are well known for their attractive offers.
